The FavSix bookmarklet
Add any page you're reading to one of your FavSix arrays in two clicks. No extension, no app - just a bookmark.
Install it
- Show your browser's bookmarks bar if it's hidden (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + B).
- Drag this button onto the bookmarks bar:
Browsers don't show a favicon next to javascript:
bookmarks (a security policy, not something we can override) -
so the bookmark shows ⚅ FavSix on your bar.
The ⚅ (die-face-six) is a 2×3 grid of dots - the same
shape as the FavSix device.
Use it
- Visit any page you want to capture.
- Click ⚅ FavSix on your bookmarks bar.
- A small window opens with the title and URL pre-filled - pick which array to add it to, then save.
Doesn't work on Safari mobile (it strips javascript:
URLs from bookmarks). Works on Safari desktop and on Firefox,
Chrome, Edge, Brave everywhere.
