FavSix is a service operated by Nige Ltd (nigelhamilton.com). These terms cover your use of FavSix. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FavSix.
1. What FavSix is
FavSix lets you collect favourite actions — links, buttons, forms and tools — into sorted, tiled, shareable arrays. Public FavSixes are free. Private team boards are a paid plan.
2. Your account
You sign in with a one-time passcode sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FavSix to publish or link to anything unlawful, malicious or deceptive. That includes malware, phishing, spam, content that infringes someone else's rights, and content that harasses or endangers others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this rule.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the FavSixes, tiles and text you create. You give us the permission we need to host, display and share that content so the service can work. A FavSix you mark as public can be viewed, copied and embedded by anyone — treat it as published.
5. Form tiles and submissions
If you publish a form tile, the responses people send through it are your data. You are responsible for telling those people what you collect and why, and for handling their data lawfully. We process those submissions only to deliver them to you.
6. Paid plans
The Team plan costs £3 per active team member per month and is billed through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and we do not refund part-months. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
7. Availability
We work to keep FavSix running and improving, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue parts of the service.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using FavSix and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, FavSix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
